This is an online service but includes zoom calls, phone calls and emails to discuss measurements, layout, design ideas, budget etc. We work at your own pace, building confidence to transform your home saving you deliberation, stress, time and money. If you know the type of style you want reflected in your home, are perhaps time poor or would prefer to save on employing a designer you may prefer to purchase one of our Ready-Made Design Packages. These packages have been uniquely designed for instant purchase from our website. The packages are designed around 'Timeless, Classic, English Country' style and suit most interiors and homes, they can be downloaded instantly without the need for an interior designer. A bit like a ‘capsule wardrobe’, we provide you with all you need for a timeless, stylish interior that works with everything else you already have in your home. Yes, we do offer an in person option for anyone with a home or holiday rental in Cornwall, UK. The process is very similar to the online bespoke service, but in person we can take a closer look at your entire home and help you with the measurements, samples etc, in person.

If you are booking our Bespoke Design Service, we will guide you through the entire process, but to be prepared you will need to complete our Vision Discovery consultation where we get to know more about you, your needs and design intentions. If you have already collected thoughts and ideas or put together a Pinterest board, you can share that with us too. We will also need the measurements and photos of the spaces you want help with and a floor plan if possible. If you are purchasing a Ready-Made Design, we suggest having a floor plan and room measurements ready, this will be helpful when it comes to considering furniture sizes, material quantities etc. Also think about budget and what your having available to instal your new design, you don’t have to instal it all at once and can take your time and implement in stages if you prefer to complete a little at a time. The package includes helpful guidance around money saving, installation tips and so on.

For our Bespoke Service, all prices seen for each service on the website are the total prices payable with no extra costs. If your space is larger than 4x4m or you want multiple designs we can discuss prices for this during our initial consultation. Throughout the process we make time to discuss and understand your budget to help you keep your finances on track. As part of the Ready-Made Design Package we also display prices on the website with no additional costs. These packages include a brilliant ‘Steal Vs Spree’ feature for items listed within the package, giving cost saving options to help manage your budget.

If you are purchasing a Ready-Made Design you can simply add to your basket and check out as you would when buying any product online, it’s instant! If you are booking a Bespoke Design Service online or in person, we send an invoice detailing costs for the services you require. Payment is required within 3 days of acceptance of the Letter of Engagement. Full payment is required if your invoice total is less than £500. Deposits of 50% are required if your invoice total exceeds £500, the remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of design package/ packages. For the Ready-Made Room Designs, it’s instant! The beauty of this option is the instant access to an entirely new design for your home, which you can install as soon as you like. For our Bespoke Services, we can get your new design package to you within 2 weeks of you completing your Vision Discovery Consultation. We will send on your samples via post, or in person if you are based in Cornwall. We will hold a follow up call and provide design support by for up to 6 weeks.

If you have purchased a Ready-Made Room Design and it’s not as you had hoped, we have a multitude of design variations for each room and will send you an alternative design package in line with your vision. If you go ahead and book a Bespoke Design Service we take a great deal of time understanding your brief as well as sharing mood boards and samples before presenting the final completed Design Package. In our experience this initial phase helps to hone in the design to exactly what you were hoping for. However if when you receive your new design it's not quite perfect, we include one round of revisions to adjust things for you.

We can work with new layouts if you have already consulted the relevant engineers or tradespeople and have a scaled floor plan of the proposed space. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any structural advice.

As part of the process of creating our packages we prioritise helping you understand your style and personal needs within your home so when the design is fully implemented, you feel your newly designed home represents you in every way. The way we achieve this is by using Vision Discovery consultations, Style surveys, Mood boards, Styling advice, Practical layout suggestions and Organisation tips.
